Recipe: Glazed Pork Chops
My Mom used to make this recipe when I was a kid all of the time. I love it as I am definitely a sweet tooth and this recipe turns out very yummy and moist!
Glazed Pork Chops
4 pork chops
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp flour
1 beef oxo (or 1/2 Knorr)
1 cup water
2 Tbsp ketchup
Brown chops. Place in baking dish.
Fry onion in same pan. Blend in flour, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook and stir until bubbling.
Pour over chops.
Bake at 400 degrees 40 minutes to an hour.
Spoon sauce over half way through.
I made this tonight in a fry pan in sliced pork tenderloin. It worked out quite well!

I love glazed pork chops, but I've only had them when mum makes them. I'll be trying this in the next day or two.
